Our Shipping Standards

  • Enjoy our convenient and affordable shipping year-round directly to your doorstep anywhere in the U.S.!  Our shipping standards are second to none providing your family with our quality Black Label Reserve steaks sourced from USDA Choice graded beef from our select herd in the Omaha area, hand-cut and aged for maximum taste and tenderness. The same quality control shipping standards are also used on all other meats we sell including premium ham, smoked sausage, summer sausage, and bacon through the CharlieDaniels.com store 24 hours a day.
  • We pack enough dry ice to keep your shipment under 40°F for up to 72 hours.  This ensures quality and freshness.  Please note that frozen steaks may thaw during shipment. As long as they are still cool to the touch, it is still perfectly safe to put the steaks in your freezer when they arrive.
  • We seal our steaks and meats in Cryovac so that you can refrigerate or refreeze until you are ready to eat them.
  • Your order is important so we prioritize each order according to the specified guidelines noted below.  In fact, if you are not completely satisfied with your order we’ll make it right for you! We can expeditiously reship replacement steaks to you, or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
  • We offer one low, affordable shipping rate of $29.95 anywhere in the U.S.

When will my products ship? When will they arrive?

It depends on when you place your order. To avoid transit delays over the weekend, we only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This ensures absolute freshness!

  1. Orders placed between Monday 12 noon (CT) through Tuesday 12 noon (CT) are shipped Tuesday afternoon.
  2. Orders placed between Tuesday 12 noon (CT) through Wednesday 12 noon (CT) are shipped Wednesday afternoon.
  3. Orders placed between Wednesday 12 noon (CT) through Monday 12 noon (CT) are shipped Monday afternoon.

Fresh steaks are shipped via overnight, and they’ll arrive on your doorstep by the end of the following day. Depending on your location, frozen steaks are shipped via UPS 2-Day and will arrive on your doorstep within two days.

A tracking link will be provided to you via email – immediately after the order leaves the Tyler Country Market shipping facility.
